Dave Sather is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, an Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager™, and the President and founder of the Sather Financial Group, Inc. Dave was raised in El Paso, received his B.A. in Business Management from Texas Lutheran University and received his M.B.A. from Texas A&M University. Additionally, Dave is a graduate of The College For Financial Planning and the Cannon Financial Institute. Furthermore, he holds the Group 1, NASD Series 7, NASD Series 63 and NASD Series 65 licenses. He has spent the past twenty years in the financial analysis, investment and banking industries. As team leader he is responsible for coordinating portfolio management as well as financial and strategy planning of a client’s life. This strategy planning not only includes traditional fee-only investment management, but also estate, retirement, taxation and risk management planning. In addition to his work with Sather Financial, Dave is a Director of Business Bank Of Texas. Dave is an adjunct professor in the Business program at Texas Lutheran University and is a member of the schools Executive Advisory Council. He is also Chairman of the Finance and Investments Committee for the Brownson Children’s Home and is Treasurer of First English Lutheran Church. He and his wife, Carol, live in Victoria, Texas.
Warren Udd

Warren Udd is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. In his capacity, Warren, is part of our research and portfolio management and financial planning team. Additionally, he is in charge of our operations and technology systems. Warren is the second oldest of four children, all of whom were raised in Mutare, Zimbabwe. Warren’s parents are missionaries in Mutare. After leaving Zimbabwe, Warren earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma. While in Oklahoma, he met Kristina Harden, a Victoria native. Today, Warren and Kristina are married and have two daughters, Sarah and Katie. Warren is a graduate of the College For Financial Planning Professional Education Program and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, Series 65 license and a Group 1 Insurance license. He is also a member of the Victoria Area Estate Planning Council and Leadership Victoria.
Cyndee Miller

Cyndee Miller is the office manager for the Sather Financial Group Inc. Cyndee graduated from Calallen High School in Corpus Christi, Texas and is working towards her Bachelor of Arts degree. She is also studying for her Registered Para Planner designation through the College For Financial Planning. Cyndee brings more than fifteen years of experience to Sather Financial Group Inc. from the banking, investment and insurance industries. She and her husband, Bart, have one daughter, Hailey.

Tammy has over 19 years of experience in the wealth management business. In addition to her client services duties, Tammy also is licensed to assist with trading and portfolio management responsibilities. Tammy is married to Clent and they have 3 children, Autumn, Morgan and Garrett.

Jon Zahradka is a Registered Para Planner. Jon was raised in Schertz, Texas and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, from Texas Lutheran University. Jon currently lives in Schertz with his wife Kayla.
